Meet Kameron!
He’s 5-years-old and within hours of being born, he was placed on a ventilator and was diagnosed with Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension of a Newborn. He was on life support for the first 30 days of his life.
After genetic testing, they found out he’s the only documented case in the world that is missing a piece of his 14th chromosome.
Despite his daily challenges, he is the happiest little guy and loves Mickey Mouse, spending time with his sister and watching football with dad.
You can keep up with Kam here!
We are thrilled to take his family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Planet Fitness, Kroger, Masco, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village and Angels of Hope.
