Meet Emma!

She’s 8-years-old and in the 3rd grade. Emma and her twin sister Ella were born 10 weeks premature due to complications from a condition called twin to twin transfusion syndrome. The girls stayed in the NICU at Mott for 42 days, but were tiny fighters and made it home before their actual due date!

Emma has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy as well as Selective Mutism; she also depends on a wheelchair to get around. Despite being dealt a tough hand, she always works hard to keep up with her sister and friends.

Emma has the absolute best smile and sense of humor, she enjoys playing baseball in The Miracle League of Plymouth, and is a Shining Star at Robert Lee School of dance. Emma loves to read, sing and play roblox. Our family is so excited for this magical trip!

We can’t wait to take Emma and her family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Kroger, Planet Fitness, Masco, Kinetyc, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village, Village of Rochester, Glenlore Trails and our charitable partner Angels of Hope!
Each child that Jay’s Juniors has had the privilege to help has a unique and inspiring story. Listen to an exclusive audio clip from the Jay Towers in the Morning show, where Jay talks about the child’s story and the impact Jay’s Juniors has had on their life. We invite you to get to know these incredible kids and celebrate their strength and joy with us.
